This website, found under the www.justaddgifts.com URL, is operated by Braeridge & Stevenson LLP (“Justaddgifts.com”) and references to “we”, “us” and “our” shall be deemed to be references to Justaddgifts.com. References to “you”, and “your” shall be deemed to be references to person placing an order via this website.

Offer is valid on the web only when you click through via the e-shot and purchase. Only one offer per customer. To qualify, the order must be placed by ------------ 2010. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Offer is not valid on gift voucher purchases. Free P&P and discount is not available, and or gift vouchers.

Free delivery on orders over £70

Promotion is valid on all items excluding gift vouchers. Promotion can be used in conjunction with an other offer or discount and is limited to standard delivery charges. Offer excludes furniture delivery charges, and may be withdrawn at any time.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemental to any additional terms that might apply to specific transactions (such as special offers or promotions) and to the use of gift vouchers whose terms are set out separately.

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us either by telephone on 0845 686 0855, by email at: enquiries @justaddgifts.com or by post using the address given below.
By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Justaddgifts.com to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Justaddgifts.com, for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.
Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are ready for despatch to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see the delivery times and charges.
Orders normally ship the next working day, which you should receive in 1-2 working days, thus most orders are estimated to be delivered in 3-6 working days. However, delays for a number of reasons may occur. If we are aware of any extended delays to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and advise you of your options, including the opportunity to cancel your order. Please note on your order if you need to arrange a specific delivery date, and you will be contacted. We can only arrange deliveries for Tuesdays – Fridays. All deliveries and packages and original boxes must be stored in a safe location, as we are unable to accept any returns once packaging is damaged or the item is used.

Acceptance of Delivery

When you receive the Product/s you must inspect them for any defects or non-conformity before signing good condition. If you sign good condition, you are accepting the goods are in an acceptable condition. Any packages not signed for but accepted are considered signed in good condition. If you can see any sign of damage to the parcel/s please sign as damaged otherwise we cannot refund or replace the item, beyond your statutory rights.
You must be available to accept delivery on the delivery date as the courier will only attempt re-delivery up to 2 times and then the delivery will be returned back to Justaddgifts.com at your cost. If delivery is refused or returned due to a faulty address, you will be charged the courier return fees.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt (Except items mentioned and listed in the Returns and Refunds section). We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in their original packaging and in perfect condition, unused, unwashed where applicable, etc. Please take extra care to read our Product Care Information page or our Care Brochure enclosed with your order as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

MAKING RETURNS

Acceptance of Delivery

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. To return any products to us, please complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

PAYMENT AND TAXES

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or Justaddgifts Gift Vouchers. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

If your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site, then we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest. We will use our reasonable endeavours to work with your credit card company to minimise the hassle for you.
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received and accepted before 3pm will, subject to availability, be despatched on the following day for a 5 - 7 working day delivery. Those orders received and accepted after 3pm will be despatched on the day after the next day.

UK DELIVERY

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within five to seven working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

STANDARD DELIVERY - Cost up to £4.95 per delivery address in the UK. Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 - 7 working days for your delivery.

EXPRESS 2 DAY DELIVERY - Cost £7.95 per delivery address in the UK. Monday to Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order within two working days, providing we receive your order before 1.00pm.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - Cost £9.95 per delivery address in the UK. Monday to Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order next day, providing your order is received by us before 12 noon. As our gift wrapping takes a little extra time, this service is not available on gift wrapped orders.

OVERSEAS BFPO & NON-MAINLAND UK - Postage is charged at cost.

HEAVY FURNITURE - Delivery of furniture will be charged individually - please see individual products for charges. For multiple orders of furniture a maximum of £50 will be charged. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery in the UK.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
